Take 2 capsules 1-2 hours before your desired bedtime. Daily use for at least a week is recommended to see the optimal results on sleep.
Not recommended for use during pregnancy, when breastfeeding, or for anyone under 18 years old.
Take supplement apart from the following medications: Fluoroquinolone antibiotics
(e.g. ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin), tetracycline antibiotics (e.g. doxycycline), bisphosphonates (e.g. alendronate), levothyroxine, gabapentin.
Patients are advised to take the supplement at least 2 hours before, or 4-6 hours after the above medications.
Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Do not take this product if you are already taking other medicines for sleep.
Contact a healthcare professional if symptoms do not improve after 4 weeks.
If you feel sleepy, do not drive or operate machines.
Alcohol may increase the sedative effect. Excessive alcohol consumption should be avoided.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. Do not store above 30°C.
