Where do we deliver

Frontier Wellness currently delivers only within Singapore.  

Free Self Collection

Orders placed can be collected after 2 working days at 601 MacPherson Rd, #01-38/39 Grantral Mall / Complex, Singapore 368242

Monday and Thursday : 8.30am to 1.00pm 2.00pm to 5.30pm 6.30pm to 8.30pm

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday : 8.30am to 1.00pm 2.00pm to 5.30pm

Saturday: 8:30am to 1:00pm

Sunday & Public Holiday: Closed  

Our Courier

Frontier Wellness uses Ninja Van to ensure your delivery is fast and affordable.  

Shipping Fees (For online purchase)

Shipping Fee is calculated based on the order amount (Nett). Shipping fees are shown in your cart once you have entered the delivery address. Free Delivery will be offered if the total nett purchase of a single transaction meets $50.00 for any online order, with the exception of deliveries to Sentosa and restricted areas.

Estimated Delivery Times

You will typically receive your order between 3-5 business days. No deliveries will be made on Sundays and Public Holidays. Orders are typically packed and dispatched to our couriers within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. We will always do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframes but please note that Estimated Delivery Times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers & Post Offices

Frontier Wellness is unable to deliver PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Post Offices.

Receiving Your Order

All orders must be signed. Please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery.

What if no one is available to sign for the delivery?

Every Ninja Pack comes with 3 free delivery attempts. If the recipient isn’t available to receive your parcel the first time, Ninja Van will try to deliver the Ninja Pack again 2 more times. The recipient will be able to instruct the driver to leave the Pack in a safe place by providing a safety code previously sent to the recipient. If the parcel is still undelivered after 3 tries, Ninja Van will proceed to return the Ninja Pack to seller. Buyer will have to pay for the re-delivery cost of $3.50 after 3 delivery attempts.

Lost/Stolen Parcels

Frontier Wellness is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels during delivery. For disputes, kindly contract Ninja Van at +65 6602 8271 or email support_sg@ninjavan.co.

Tracking You Order

You will receive an email with a tracking ID once your parcel have been collected by Ninja Van. You may check on your delivery status here: https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/tracking. Should you face any delivery issues (No status movements, redelivery, missing parcels etc.) and need a quick resolution, you may contact Ninja Van Customer Service hotline directly at : +65 6602 8271 or through support_sg@ninjavan.co.
